Titanium is a notoriously difficult material to work with. It must be kept clean to avoid contaminated welds. It must be purged with argon gas during the welding process. It's difficult to align. Moots excels at all of it. Simply put, there are no better titanium fabricators. Moots uses double-pass welds for maximum strength. The tubing is kept round for optimum torsional stiffness and light weight. The frame gets glass-bead blasted in the finishing process to give it a little extra strength and a beautiful finish.
